Our transparent and refined approach to execute studies and analyses assures our ability to deliver results and ensures our customers can fully trust our findings.

Test and evaluation (T&E) efforts, regardless of the project type, often present formidable challenges. Whether selecting the most appropriate methods and metrics, working within environmental and resource constraints, or effectively integrating disparate test data sets; such challenges require significant expertise and experience. The Tauri Group possesses both. We combine systems engineering principles and innovative analytics to develop and use T&E approaches customized to address unique product requirements, product lifecycle phase, and test site limitations.

Tauri staff provide T&E support to medical systems, detection technologies, preparedness and response programs, and other defense and homeland security initiatives. We assist with planning, execution, and reporting throughout the product lifecycle, from system component tests in the laboratory to full-scale, human-in-the-loop operational tests in the field. Our customized and scalable approach enables us to identify issues early and keep development on track for eventual deployment.

The Tauri Group understands the challenges that can appear at any point in the system development lifecycle. A good strategic plan does more than anticipate and account for different possible futures; a good strategic plan guides every level of an organization toward a unified goal. To enable this, we use a thorough and inclusive approach to assess the mission and needs of an organization and its stakeholders.

We have used this approach to create strategic plans with an interagency reach for defense and homeland security organizations. Using interviews and focus groups, we solicit and analyze inputs from those who are responsible for implementing the strategic plan and those who are immediately impacted by it. Drawing from these inputs, we construct actionable goals with metrics and draft recommendations for meeting those goals.Throughout the process, we engage with an organization’s leaders and stakeholders to ensure consensus for a lasting, relevant, and meaningful strategy.
